How much does shipping cost?

We offer worldwide shipping for just $5. Shipping is free on all orders over $70!

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After shipping, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that customs clearance and local courier delays may affect delivery times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, we’ll get Floegrip products to you.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Some countries may charge customs duties, taxes, or VAT once your order arrives. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your Floegrip purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. You can also track your shipment anytime using our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

How do I initiate a return?

Simply email us at support@floegrip.com with your name and order number. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return label.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No, we offer free returns on all orders. You won’t need to cover any return shipping costs.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@floegrip.com. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days. It may take a few additional days for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

I’m located in the European Unionβ€”do I have special return rights?

Yes, if you’re an EU customer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

What if I haven’t received my refund yet?

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please reach out to us at support@floegrip.com. We’ll be happy to help.
